The Design and development is the fundamental base of all industrial activities, in a way to support basically all the improvement and technical actions, transfer of technical know-how and promotion of the producer’s abilities that are related to the technical documents which are in the field of the Design and Development department of Sabouran.

In the same manner, Sabouran's design and development department, having the latest experiences and technical abilities of the same companies in IRAN, enjoys using the internal and foreign resources and references as well as cosulting the engineering experts. With the support of comprehensive design and testing facilities, we are able to satisfy customer's changing needs, therefore maximize their value.

Our D&D department is divided into 2 sections, which are responsible for mold design and product development respectively. Using Pro-Engineer design software, we are able to set up 3D files according to both 2D drawings and actual parts provided by customers. All mold drawings, including gate area, cooling system, slide, core and cavity details are then given to customers for approval before mold making. In the development of every new project, an engineer will be in charge of the new project team; which incorporates sales, QA, manufacturing, buyer service, machining, design, mold making and accounting staff. With two 3000 rpm high speed CNC machine, we are also experienced in rapid mold making.
